RETURN POLICY:

RETURNS of TEAS: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us at help@chaiaroma.com or call +91-80995-33507 within 30 days of receipt to receive a Return Validation Number, can be raised at your my account dashboard. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN VALIDATION NUMBER. 

We do not issue credit for items returned without a Return validation number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

TEA EXCHANGES:

We will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of validation. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. You must email us at help@chaiaroma.com or call +91-80995-33507. 

To issue an exchange kindly raise an return request from your dashboard of your account section. No exchange will be given for items returned without a Return validation number.

TEAWARE & ACCESSORIES RETURN:

If you happen to receive a defective tea ware or an accessory, you can raise a return or a replacement request by sending us an email at help@chaiaroma.com  within 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. You can also call us +91-80995-33507.  to inform and we can raise or escalate your issue to be resolved at a priority basis, though you will have to mail us with the images attached. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

If you receive your package in damaged or broken condition, please send us the images of the damaged carton within 24hrs of delivery and mention the same while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent via your original method of payment, within 3 days of approval.
