All the product images uploaded are of actual products we have in stock. We source tea regularly from estates all across Assam and Darjeeling, so the product may look slightly different to the images, but we assure you that we maintain the consistency in terms of quality. Ingredients displayed in the product page will be consistent with the delivered product.
You can view your sales receipt by logging in through the account you have placed the order from. We also send a receipt to your registered email ID when an order is placed.
If you are unsatisfied with our product and wish to return it, please contact our support team for assistance. Since we believe in selling quality, we want to keep all our customers satisfied. If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery – we offer to resend the product. Return request shall be put in within 7 days of receiving the item. When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
